Refund Policy

At Rāja Yoga by Hiromi, we value your commitment to your practice and strive to offer a fair and transparent refund policy. Please review the following terms carefully before booking our yoga sessions, workshops, or events.

1. Private Yoga Sessions

 

・Cancellations 24 hours or more in advance: Eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

 

・Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance: Not eligible for a refund. At our discretion, we may offer a one-time reschedule.

 

・No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice): Non-refundable.

 

 

2. Group Classes and Monthly Plans

 

・Single class bookings: Refunds are available only if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the class.

 

・Monthly plans or packages: Once activated, these are non-refundable. However, unused sessions may be rescheduled within the validity period (usually 30 days unless otherwise stated).

 

 

3. Workshops, Retreats, and Special Events

 

・Cancellations 14 days or more in advance: Eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposit if specified at booking.

 

・Cancellations within 7–13 days: Eligible for a 50% refund.Cancellations within 6 days or less: Non-refundable.

 

・If the workshop, retreat, or event includes accommodation, travel, or third-party services, additional refund conditions may apply as stated at the time of booking.

 

 

4. Cancellations by [Rāja Yoga by Hiromi]

 

・In the unlikely event that we must cancel a class, workshop, or event, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

 

・For events involving third-party providers, we are not responsible for additional expenses (such as travel or accommodation) incurred by the participant.

 

 

5. Refund Processing

 

・Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

 

・Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

 

6. Non-Refundable Items

 

・Gift cards, promotional offers, and discounted packages are non-refundable.

 

・Deposits for retreats or events, if specified as non-refundable at the time of booking, cannot be returned.
