All sessions are conducted as one-on-one private lessons, carefully tailored to your individual goals, condition, and experience level. Each session combines yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and guided meditation to help you build strength, flexibility, and inner balance.
One-Time Session
A single 60-minute private yoga session designed to meet your personal needs and goals. Ideal for students who want to try out a private class before committing to a package, or for those with irregular schedules who prefer flexibility.
For a first-time session, a one-time session is offered at half price.

Monthly Plans
Our monthly packages are designed to support a steady yoga practice with flexible options depending on your lifestyle and goals. With each plan, you receive personalized private sessions tailored to your needs, helping you deepen your practice and build consistency over time.
4 sessions (1x/wk): ¥33,000 (¥8,250x4)
8 sessions (2x/wk): ¥61,600 (¥7,700x8)
12 sessions (3x/wk): ¥85,800 (¥7,150x12)
Unlimited Monthly
The Unlimited Plan is perfect for students who wish to immerse themselves in yoga practice on a daily basis. With this plan, you can attend as many private sessions as your schedule allows within one month, bringing yoga into your daily routine for a fully personalized journey. It is the ideal choice for those who want to cultivate consistency and experience lasting benefits through dedicated practice.
Price: ¥150,000 (tax included)
Locations:
・Home Visit: Enjoy lessons in the comfort of your own home.
・Studio Poiotita: A quiet and supportive space for focused practice.
Transportation Policy:
・A flat ¥2,000 travel fee (tax included) applies for home visits within Tokyo’s 23 wards.
・For locations outside the 23 wards or requiring longer travel times, additional fees may be discussed individually.
Note: Bookings are not available on certain national holidays or the instructor’s private days off due to personal matters.
